Frequently Asked Questions

Can you provide custom enzyme formulations?

Yes. We understand that every industrial process is unique. Our R&D team works closely with clients to customize enzyme activity, pH stability, and temperature profiles to fit specific manufacturing needs.

What certifications do your products carry?

What is the typical lead time for bulk industrial orders?

Standard formulations are typically ready for dispatch within 7–14 business days. Custom blends may require additional time for activity standardization and quality clearance.

In what forms are your enzymes available?

We offer enzymes in both concentrated liquid and standardized powder forms, depending on your application and storage capabilities.

General & Technical

What is "Enzyme Activity," and how is it measured?

Enzyme activity refers to the potency of the enzyme—specifically, how much substrate it can convert in a given time under defined conditions. We standardize our activities using international units such as U/g, FCC, USP, or FIP, depending on the industry. A detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with every batch to verify these levels.

Can you provide custom enzyme blends?

Absolutely. We understand that every production line has unique parameters. Our R&D team specializes in creating tailored multi-enzyme cocktails designed to match your specific pH, temperature, and substrate requirements to ensure maximum ROI.

Are your enzymes Non-GMO?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive range of Non-GMO enzymes. We ensure full traceability and provide declarations for clients who require "Clean Label" or Non-GMO Project Verified ingredients.

Stability & Storage

What is the typical shelf-life of your enzymes?

Most of our powder enzymes have a shelf-life of 12 to 24 months, while liquid formulations typically range from 6 to 12 months, provided they are stored in a cool, dry place (below 25∘C) in their original unopened packaging.

How do your enzymes handle high-temperature processing?

We offer specialized thermostable variants, particularly for the animal feed (pelleting) and textile industries. Our heat-stabilized enzymes are engineered to withstand temperatures up to 85∘C−90∘C without significant loss of bio-activity.

Do I need refrigerated shipping?

While our enzymes are stabilized for ambient transport, we recommend refrigerated storage (4∘C−8∘C) for long-term retention of peak activity, especially in tropical climates.

Safety & Compliance

Are your products Halal and Kosher certified?

Yes. Our manufacturing facilities and raw materials are audited to comply with both Halal and Kosher standards, making our enzymes suitable for global food and pharma markets.

What safety precautions should be taken when handling enzymes?

Enzymes are proteins and should be handled with care to avoid inhalation of dust or direct skin/eye contact, which may cause irritation or sensitization. We provide a full Safety Data Sheet (SDS) with every product detailing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Ordering & Logistics

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We cater to both R&D trials and large-scale industrial production. MOQs vary by product type (typically starting from 25 kg for powders and 20 kg for liquids). Contact our sales team for specific details.

Do you provide samples for lab trials?

Yes, we encourage technical validation. We provide complimentary samples(typically 100g – 500g) for qualified industrial prospects to conduct internal bench-scale trials.
